How to Cancel a Booking as a Service Provider


Life happens and there are countless reasons people cancel fixed appointments. 

If a Service Provider has to cancel a booking, here’s how to do this:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to your Dashboard and then accepted bookings
  3. Click on the particular booking you want to cancel and then cancel.

We think it’s only fitting for you to inform your client of the cancellations before you go ahead with it. The client will be refunded in full amount.
